My experience with NPBFX was far from satisfactory. The broker’s platform was riddled with technical issues that significantly affected my trades and overall interaction. The customer service was rather poor, as queries were seldom answered timely and solutions were not provided efficiently. Moreover, the broker’s hidden charges were a nasty surprise. Transparency is not their strong suit. Their educational resources lacked breadth and depth making it not suitable for beginners. This was a disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend NPBFX to anyone.
I am extremely unsatisfied with NPBFX’s services due to their lack of transparency, slow response time, and unprofessional handling of transactions.
