MWC Trading Ltd was a giant disappointment. Communication and customer service were absolutely terrible. More than the delayed response, the team was alarmingly ignorant about their own services. There were unexpected brokerage fees that were not clearly outlined. Also, the documentation process was confusing, lengthy and unorganized. Worst of all, the broker failed to execute several trades in a timely manner which caused me severe financial losses. I’m utterly dissatisfied with my experience.
