I had a highly disappointing encounter with Mitronex. Their customer service was quite terrible, responses taking absurdly long times and often not even addressing my questions properly. I also found their platform to be non-intuitive and confusing, which is quite problematic as there wasn’t sufficient guidance or help offered. To top it off, the fees were considerably higher than other brokers I have used in the past. I would not recommend Mitronex and I will not be returning as a client.
