My experience with Global Finance Consulting was simply abysmal. Customer service was lackluster – waiting times were exceedingly long and when I was finally attended to, questions were unanswered and concerns unaddressed. The fees were just outrageously high and were not justified by the service they offered. Besides, their inability to transparently communicate hidden fees was appalling. Moreover, the brokers lacked in-depth knowledge and expert advice that one would expect from such a firm. Their website interface too was confusing and not user-friendly.
