I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Ec Markets. To start with, their customer service was just appalling. They were rarely available to attend to queries and when they did, they lacked professionalism and were exceedingly unhelpful. Aside from their low level of customer service, their trading platform also had a multitude of issues that made it so difficult to trade. It was not user-friendly and experienced constant glitches that ended up costing me money. The withdrawal process was a nightmare as it dragged on indefinitely with no clear explanations from their end. Overall, they appear to lack transparency and efficiency, which is not what you’d expect from a broker. I would definitely not recommend Ec Markets to anyone.
