Trading with Crypto Robotics was a very disappointing experience. There was a total lack of transparency about their trading policies and the transaction fees charged were disproportionately high. Their customer support was virtually non-existent, making it extremely difficult to seek redress for any issues I encountered. Uploading documents for verification was a long and tedious process as well. Overall, using their platform was far from the seamless and sophisticated trading experience I was hoping for. Would not recommend.
