  • My experience with Charles Schwab was gravely disappointing. The customer service was dreadful, with hold times that go on forever and representatives who seemed indifferent to my concerns. Furthermore, their trading platform was unnecessarily complex, making it nearly impossible to manage my portfolio effectively. The fees were also higher than some other brokerage firms. I was very frustrated with the overall service and will be looking elsewhere. Lot of improvements to be made.
